If you are a DOT-regulated owner-operator or small employer who is required to participate in a random drug and alcohol testing program, Titan Medical Center's C/TPA Consortium can help you stay compliant without the administrative burden.


As a member of our consortium, you are enrolled in a federally compliant random testing pool alongside other DOT-regulated drivers. We handle the selection process, notify you when you are selected for testing, and ensure all documentation meets FMCSA requirements.
